Rates for the Summer Season 2022

  • Midweek $175.00 (Sun-Thurs)*                       All rates plus a local tax of 15%
  • Weekend $195.00*                                   
  • Weekly rates available usually during Low Season -( December-March)        
  • We are happy to offer monthly rentals.  Occasionally we have a Low season monthly rental of $2000 per month
  •   * Holidays and Major Event Dates slightly higher (see below)
  •  Three day Holidays are rated at the Weekend rate per night.

All rates are single or double  High Season April -November 2022

Extra persons: Adults- $50.00 each to cover the extra costs involved.

The rates for Christmas Week and   New Years Eve and New Years Day ,Easter are the same as our high season weekend rates.

*Certain high demand dates: Thanksgiving,Christmas ,NASCAR,Fourth of July , Vintage Festival,Memorial Day, Labor Day,  Music Festivals   are  higher.  and or/ require a minimum stay of three days *plus city tax of 15%

Minimum Stay
 We have a 2-night minimum . Occasionally we will take a one-night reservation but must add $50.
00 for the extra cleaning charges involved.

Other Amenities: Private Garden   100% cotton towels, 100% cotton sheets, down pillows, iron, hair dryer, free snacks and drinks, WiFi,  , radio/Cd player,  Smart  TV , Washer/Dryer,Free off- street parking.Air Conditioning
Payment and Deposit Policy:
A Deposit must be made in advance by check. To keep our prices low, We Do Not Take Credit Cards . We request a $100.00 deposit.Cancellations: Cancel within 15 days of arrival for a full refund if the space can be re-booked.

Smoking Policy: The entire suite is non-smoking. There is a smoking area set up in the garden. We are quite serious about this policy.

Children of all ages are very welcome here.

Pets: Sorry we do not accept pets of any kind  (well, ok if you are traveling with your pet goldfish!)We love animals but out of consideration to subsequent  guests who are allergic to pets, we must have this policy.
