- In the heart of Sonoma we offer just this one cottage,with one bedroom. The suite can accommodate just 2 guests.
- It's a very quiet and clean, 700 sq. foot, self-contained, guesthouse near everything.
- Private ,closed off bedroom with a SUPER cozy queen bed ,pillow- top mattress ,Temperpedic mattress topper, large selection of fiber or down pillows, all cotton bedding.
- Large bath with tub/ shower.
- A wonderfully equipped ,full size kitchen.
- Contemporary living-dining room with down sofa, Harvest table with Palechek country chairs, and Twor club chairs.
- We do not have a couch that makes into a pull- out bed. Too uncomfortable ! The suite is best suited for two people not a group.
- The suite is basically set up for one or two guests, and is not suitable for more than two.
- We are fully licensed by the City of Sonoma for our Alexandra's Plaza Suite. City License number 7582.
- As partners with the City of Sonoma since 1999, we collect the TOT and TID occupancy taxes assessed by the City of Sonoma, for stays of less than 30 days.
- Currently these taxes are 13% of the total stay for the Transient Occupancy Tax and 2% of the total stay for the
- Tourism District Assessment. These taxes will be added to the final payment paid by the guest
- at the time of their departure. Payment for the stay is by check or cash, not credit cards. We abide by the rules set out by the city for accommodations within the city limits.
